Debbie Pruett moved to the Treasure Valley in 1994 from the Napa Valley, where her family owned a civil construction company. Debbie grew up around land development, roadways, railroads and commercial building projects. Debbie learned the value of a vigorous work ethic early on, from being a freckled-face toe head sitting on her father’s lap in a dozer to a full-time young female back-hoe operator, a work ethic that has carried her throughout her entire adult life and career.
Debbie was inspired to enter the real estate industry after suffering a lack of communication and attention during her personal home buying and selling experiences. Drawing from years of experience as a successful entrepreneur in the continuing education industry and her tenure as a business development executive in the electronics manufacturing industry, Debbie became an expert in providing clients not just what they wanted but also what they didn’t know they needed, successfully putting those skills to use representing sellers, buyers and investors in the residential market. As a Realtor® Debbie continues training and striving to be someone her clients and colleagues can put their trust and faith.
Debbie believes no single approach is the right one for every individual, therefore she is passionate about cultivating and maintaining relationships and prides herself in making it all about you and not her. Thanks to her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business form the foundation of Debbie’s career and has earned her a Circle of Excellence award from the Boise Regional Realtors® Association.
Debbie resides in Eagle, Idaho with her husband Scott and their youngest son Sam. When she is not tenaciously working to help her clients realize their dreams, you will find Debbie gardening, spending time with her family or enjoying a few simple pleasures, including a glass of wine, a broken in pair of blue jeans and cuddling on the couch with her dog Bella.
Whether you’re ready to make a move now or simply contemplating your options, contact Debbie, she is excited to get to know you and guide you through your future real estate adventures.

Scott is an integral part of a family real estate team, working closely with his wife Debbie Pruett and their son Kody Kirby. Scott has enjoyed 25 years of public service experience and is an active Firefighter with the City of Boise. One of the most desirable aspects of working as a Firefighter is the scheduling –working 48 hours on and four days off means Scott has a nice consecutive chunk of time away from his first responder duties to help his team members serve the Pruett Group clients.
Being a co-career Realtor®/Firefighter has given Scott a very unique advantage in real estate. Firefighting has taught him about selfless dedication to others, which he also extends to his clients in real estate. He is adept to facing impossible situations and coming through with positive results and can manage stress while accomplishing the task at hand.
Scott’s interest in real estate began to spend more time with his family of Realtors® but he quickly found serving and building relationships with clients was as rewarding as serving the public. Scott strives to aid his team in meeting their goal to provide a seamless process for all their clients.
Scott maintains a light-hearted yet professional approach to real estate, helping clients navigate the grind and achieve their goals. When he’s not fighting fire, or working through a heated negotiation, Scott enjoys giving back to his community.
